Singing is a magical thing that everyone can do but we don't normally sing unless we're in a bathroom or in a car where no one can hear. Introduction Megaphone is a voice recognition urban art installation in Montreal, New York. As the year passes by,  real-life public speaking has become a bit of a lost art. Besides that,  Montreal has been humming with demonstrations, elections, resignations and commissions for the past few years. Thus, Megaphone has been created  to express oneself and to reclaim the art of public speaking. Furthermore, the goal is to create an interactive projection that expresses the individuality of each voice. It was developed under chief creators Alexandre Lupien, Technology Director at Moment Factory in Montreal. The installation  was chosen to occupy the Promenade des Artistes(plaza) in the heart of Quartier des Spectacles(district), from September to November 2013.  With Megaphone,  people are invited to share their ideas and opinions into a voice amplifier.
